In the wake of Maverick Limited’s client engagements, clients have requested ways to partner with Maverick Limited to ensure the continued success of their implementations.  Maverick Assurance™ provides an option to obtain support to help protect your investment by tapping into Maverick’s technical expertise as needed.  These product offerings provide peace of mind knowing you can quickly engage Maverick Limited for assistance with the technical support of your choice.  This includes smaller needs such as a quick telephone call to answer a question, an afternoon of support, and larger efforts including custom software development.  There are three packages to choose from:

Bronze Package:

  • 25 hours of consulting services.
  • Up to 5 standard support tickets, providing support services of your choice.¹
  • Investment: $2,995 annually.²

Silver Package:

  • 50 hours of consulting services.
  • Up to 10 standard support tickets, providing support services of your choice.¹
  • Investment: $4,995 annually.²

Gold Package:

  • 50 hours of consulting services.
  • Unlimited number of support tickets, providing support services of your choice.¹
  • 1 Emergency support ticket, providing up to 8 hours (additional) of emergency support. Support is provide remotely, but can be on-site if local. Every effort will be made to provide same day service but next day is committed.
  • Investment: $6,995 annually.²

Starting your Maverick Assurance is easy.  Because Maverick Assurance is a product offering and not a consulting engagement it can be purchased easily using a standard purchase order and may be acquired using a credit card.  You can begin your Maverick Assurance coverage today.  With Maverick Assurance, you’ll have peace of mind and technical assistance ready to engage.
